In the referral model, the partner remains the contact for their services. Sellantica does not actively approach referred clients for competing services where legally permissible. Scope, responsibilities and exceptions are documented in the partner agreement.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a classic affiliate program?
No. The program is for freelancers, consultants and agencies that integrate Sellantica into their Amazon PPC service. The referral model is the simple entry point and is fully self-service in your account. The agency model with purchase prices, branding and SLAs is agreed individually.
What is the referral commission?
25% of actually paid net software fees from a newly referred client for 24 months. Net means after discounts and refunds, excluding VAT.
Are there minimum customer or exclusivity requirements?
No. The referral model has neither minimum customer commitments nor exclusivity.
Is white-label available?
Branding and white-label setup depend on the technical and contractual setup. We plan them individually. Client billing is considered separately.
How do I get started?
Create a free Sellantica account (30-day trial, no credit card). In your account, click "Become a partner" under Billing, enter your name, address, IBAN for payouts and your tax status and agree to the self-billing procedure. It takes about 2 minutes, with no approval or waiting time. You then instantly receive your personal referral link and code. For the agency model, contact us directly.
How are referred customers attributed to me?
A new customer is attributed to you when they register through your link (app.sellantica.ai/register?ref=CODE) or enter your code in the "Invitation code" field during signup. A sellantica.ai link with ?ref=CODE works as well. With consent to advertising cookies, the link is remembered for 30 days; without consent, signup must happen in the same visit or the code must be typed in. Your own accounts and already referred customers do not count; each customer has only one partner.
When and how are payouts made?
You receive 25% of the net software fees actually paid for 24 months from the referred customer's first paid invoice. Commission is payable 30 days after the invoice date, and refunds reverse it. Settlement is monthly by self-billed credit note to your IBAN. In your account you can see referred customers, commissions and credit notes as PDF.
