Sellantica MCP Connector

Use your Amazon Ads data and Sellantica's optimization engine from Claude and other MCP clients

What the connector does

Sellantica is an Amazon Advertising (PPC) management platform for Amazon sellers and agencies. The Sellantica MCP server exposes your Sellantica account to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol. Once connected, Claude can:

Report on campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets and customer search terms with spend, sales, ACoS, CTR and CPC for any date range.
Explain the optimization engine: pending bid and status suggestions, budget, placement and dayparting proposals, and the settings behind them.
Review keyword harvesting candidates, negative keywords, the account structure audit and per-product advertising coverage.
Analyze ASIN-level and account-level profit and loss (revenue, ad spend, COGS, Amazon fees, margin, TACoS) and inventory risk.
Prepare changes (bids, keywords, negatives, campaigns, ad groups, product ads and more) that only take effect after you explicitly approve them.

Requirements

A Sellantica account at app.sellantica.ai with at least one connected Amazon Ads profile.
An MCP client that supports remote servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth, for example Claude (web, desktop and mobile) or Claude Code.

Connect in Claude

Claude on the web, desktop and mobile

Open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector (or pick Sellantica from the connector directory once it is listed).
Enter https://app.sellantica.ai/api/mcp. Leave OAuth client ID and secret empty; the server registers Claude automatically.
Click Connect. A browser window opens where you sign in to Sellantica.
On the Sellantica consent screen, choose what Claude may do (see Permissions) and confirm.

Then run /mcp inside Claude Code and authenticate in the browser.

Scripts and other MCP clients

Clients that cannot run the OAuth flow can use a personal API token. Create one in Sellantica under Profile → API tokens (it is shown only once) and send it as a bearer token:

Authentication and permissions

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration. Access tokens expire after 60 minutes and are refreshed automatically; refresh tokens are rotated.
Read-only by default. If you leave capabilities and profiles empty on the consent screen, the connection can only read data.
Write access is opt-in per operation and per Amazon Ads profile. You pick them on the consent screen, and every write is re-checked against your live Sellantica role at the moment it runs.
Scope follows your account. Claude only sees the profiles your Sellantica user can see, including profiles shared with you through an agency membership.
Revoke any time under Profile → API tokens in Sellantica; OAuth connections are listed there as "Connected via OAuth". You can also disconnect the connector in Claude.

How changes are made safely

Every write follows the same three steps:

Prepare: a prepare_* tool validates the request and returns a preview. Nothing changes on Amazon or in Sellantica.
Approve: approve_write_v1 requires the exact confirmation phrase and token from that preview, so an approval can only apply to the payload you saw.
Execute: execute_write_v1 queues the approved request in Sellantica's durable write pipeline. Poll get_write_request_v1 until it reports the final status; "queued" is not the same as "confirmed by Amazon".

Claude always shows you the preview before approving. A request whose operation is not enabled for live dispatch on your account is recorded and audited as a preview only and is never sent to Amazon.

Almost every tool needs a profile_id (and, if two of your profiles share the same ID, a profile_pk). Call list_profiles first. Date ranges default to the last 30 days; list tools page with limit (max. 200) and offset.

Limits

120 requests per minute per connection.
P&L tools accept at most 92 days per request; other tools up to 366 days.
Data comes from Sellantica's last synchronization with Amazon; read tools do not trigger live Amazon calls.

Troubleshooting

"Token is not authorized" on a write: the operation or profile was not granted on the consent screen. Disconnect and reconnect the connector, then select it.
Empty profile list: connect an Amazon Ads account in Sellantica first, or ask the profile owner to share it with you.
Sign-in loop: make sure you are signed in to the same Sellantica account in the browser window that opens during connection.

Data and privacy

The connector reads and writes data in your own Sellantica account only. Every tool call is logged for auditing. Sellantica does not receive or store your Claude conversations; it only processes the tool calls sent to it. Details are in our privacy policy.
